The Sailor’s Home is a historic landmark built in Limerick, Ireland in 1856 to reward seafarers with welcome and sanctuary on the journey.
A tribute to the restless, the explorers and the adventurers. Inspired by this legacy, Dr. Jack Ó’Sé created Sailor's Home Irish Whiskey. An expression of his passion to explore, to create new and delicious whiskey possibilities. Tastes to return to, time and again.
The Haven is the first release from Sailor's Home, using their unique single pot still Irish whiskey style. Triple pot distilled, a mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley and oats.
Sailor's Home have journeyed East and West to select only the finest Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casks to mature this special spirit to perfection, reflecting centuries of trade from Spain through Limerick and on to the New World.
