The Wee Glaschu: Braeval 11: Pedro Ximenez Maturation
Our Braeval 11, fully matured for all 11 years in a single first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead. Bold, fruity and sherried, from the distillery formerly known as the Braes of Glenlivet.
A 20cl flask of exactly the same single cask whisky as the full-size bottle. Natural colour, non chill filtered, 50% ABV. Enough for a proper tasting with a friend, or to try before you commit to the 70cl.
The artwork shows the steam-powered tractor-trucks that carried casks from Glenlivet to the railway station around 1900.
