The Wee Glaschu: Peallach (Ledaig) 10: Bodega PX Sherry Finish
Our Peallach 10, the heavily peated spirit from Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. Nine years in a refill bourbon barrel, then eight months in a first fill Ximenez-Spinola sherry barrique.
A 20cl flask of exactly the same single cask whisky as the full-size bottle. Natural colour, non chill filtered, 50% ABV. Enough for a proper tasting with a friend, or to try before you commit to the 70cl.
